Local Orders:

Orders we receive till 15:00 we ship the same day. Orders later than 15.00 is shipped the other working day.

International Orders:

International orders are shipped the other working day.

For checking your shipment please visit my orders page and click on tracking code. Or you can simply visit https://www.araskargo.com.tr/en/ , enter your tracking code and check status.

International Orders:

For international orders you can track your parcel with the tracking code we will provide you, once the shipment is sent from https://track.ptt.gov.tr/

We definately wish you all receive your orders as fast as possible. For local shipments we work with Aras Kargo. Once the shipment is accepted by Aras Kargo for Istanbul the delivery is mostly the other working day, for close cities 2  working days and for far locations 3 working days.

For international deliveries we work with national post office. Once the parcel is shipped we provide you the tracking code. National post delivery time varies but we can say its quite fast.

We do not provide cash on delivery option. You can make your payment online or wire transfer.

Returns and change requests are welcomed. Time period is 15 days. For returns and changes shipping fee is paid by "you".

We do not accept returns and changes once the package has been opened or product has been used.
